The apartment looked brand new and was extremely spacious. Spotlessly clean and perfect for our group. The grounds and facilities were great and the bar/ restaurant just across the road was ideal after a day out at the wineries.

The location was perfect and the villa itself was great. We appreciated having access to a burner, and all the kitchen items provided. The spa bath was a real luxury and we would certainly return.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Great location, good sized rooms with all we needed for self-catering. Nice and quiet. Walking distance from several wineries, cafes and restaurants. Great to have general store and restaurant nearby too.
The location is good for enjoying services of Pokolbin. Within 30 min walking there are several wineries, restaurants, etc. The kitchen was very good for self-catering and there was more than 2 pieces of plates, cups, etc. available. Our visit was in winter time, the Hunter Valley is North enough so that the afternoon sun (if available) is warm enough to lay in the poolside sunbeds. However, the temperature of the pool water was a little bit chilly. I tried it multiple times, but one try was enough for my wife.
This is a marvellous stay for those with a car. All necessaries for self catering. Lovely fire with all materials supplied. No close shopping but easy driving sand many restaurants nearby. Beautiful, peaceful views.
The slightly strange (to us) reception arrangement worked perfectly. We had an excellent weekend and plan to return in summer to use the nice pool.
Breakfast provisions were a nice surprise as was the bottle of wine. Accommodation was self catering and all that was required was there for a short stay.
location was great. a good place to base yourself and take easy day trips or bike rides. the convenience of self catering accommodation and restaurant on site -best of both worlds
