The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had two rooms with an interconnecting door which meant we could use the kitchen equipment from both rooms. The equipment was not the same!

The location was convenient but not so flash at night. The parking was good and secure. A large block of housing commission flats across the road. Staff very helpful on check in.

Location was decent (close enough to get to St Kilda and far enough away not to be disturbed by the patrons of St Kilda!!).
Room was pretty cool, close enough to how it appeared online. Bed was comfortable (I think, perhaps I was well enough liquored up to sleep anywhere!!).
You know, it was good enough - I booked it because it looked super cool and fancy and it didn't quite meet the expectations the pictures presented. That's not to say anything was wrong with it and perhaps I had too high a set of hopes - I like to be wowed when I walk in the door of a $ 300-a-night hotel.
The amenities were good - I used the fridge; it worked!!! I used the shower, I got wet for a while then got out.
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
