Everything was great! Except for lack of staff.. waiting in lobby for over 20 mins for someone to show up for check in & asking questions of surrounds etc staff seem very limited or busy

Staff were friendly and helpful but unobtrusive when not required. Rooms were clean and comfortable with everything needed for self catering stay. Resort is right on Blacks beach.
The apartment hotel is in fact a bunch of apartments in a modern apartment building. Undercover parking is good. The location is quiet and the room as ok in size.
The room was cold all the time, tried to turn the air conditioning on did not work, we stayed there for a week, none of the day we feel happy and warm. Ultimately my husband and I got very sick stay there because the air conditioning was working. I do think we would came back to your service any more and I wold tell my friends and relatives your service apartment how poor it was.
