The room was very clean and had everything you needed. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had a special request and the staff went out of there way to help me.

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
We arrived on a public holiday and the reception and restaurant staff were great at sharing their local knowledge. Restaurant was above expectations for a hotel service.
Guest laundry was a plus for drying out wet gear.
Upon arriving when went to our motel room and walked straight out to get an upgrade as the room was too small for more than a one night stay. The staff were great and had no problem upgrading us to a 2 bedroom apartment. It had all the items necessary to have a self catering holiday. Very close to shopping centre and on the right side of the city for the airport. Off street parking was great.
The place is run like a serviced apartment with a reception desk and fresh towels and two small packets of milk each day.
Staff friendly. Service excellent - fast response to replace cooker hood light.
The room was large and bright, with plenty of cupboard and luggage space. The bathroom was modern and clean.
We were close to the centre of town with lots of eating options.
Could not fault hotel service or staff.
