Amazing views from everywhere in apartment. Comfy beds. Outdoor furniture to make must of balcony. All staff very friendly and helpful.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Fabulous location with amazing water views; very comfortable bed and modern stylish furniture throughout; great balcony with table and chairs, and lounge chairs for further relaxation;kitchen extremely well equipped for self catering; great laundry too. We were met at the airport by a valet service which was a personal, wonderful introduction to the island. We loved sitting and relaxing on the balcony just taking in the views and ambience. Would love to stay here again.
The views were exceptional! The house was a perfect size for two couples and the balcony was also nice and spacious with views across the Whitsunday passage. The kitchen was well stocked for self catering. We had a swim every day in the shared infinity pool which also had spectacular views. The buggy was essential and allowed us to explore the island.
The room offered a direct view of Whitsunday Island and the beach, which was truly breathtaking. The location was incredibly convenient for accessing various directions, to the city center and the resort center. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean, being a service apartment, and it had everything we could possibly need. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to provide us with all the information we needed.
Really clean and well serviced apartment with lovely views overlooking the Whitsunday Islands from the top floor balcony. Apartment was more than spacious enough to cater for my family of six. Also appreciated the complimentary buggy that came with apartment that allowed us to explore the island at our own pace.
We were greeted by our transfer guy at the island marina. He gave us the keys to the buggy and the property. The property was well maintained and it had all what you need for a serviced apartment, plenty of pots and pan, cooking equipment and crockery. The property came with a golf buggy so that's really helpful in exploring the island on your own. The property even had board games and toys for building sand castles for the kids. Wifi was provided which is a bonus. The view on Lagoon 201 was really nice.
The unit was spacious enough for two couples and the kitchen was well equipped for self catering. The views are amazing and the balcony was also large enough to sit on. Having a bbq was very handy.

- buggy being included for free is a really big deal; the island is quite steep and humid so don’t underestimate the inconvenience of walking to town and back without a buggy, especially with shopping given it’s a self catering flat
location was excellent, gorgeous balcony views, load of facilities for self catering, came with a buggy which is so handy, really nice infinity pool to use! airport pick up and drop off was really helpful
