Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Location great in terms of beach. Just a few metres away. Can't see the beach, but can hear the waves. Quite a distance from any facilities though - need a car. Ground room okay - extensive self catering utensils available. No a/c but a couple of oil heaters for our stay in winter. (Just a ceiling fan for summer). Would stay again.
Well equipped unit with excellent view across to the lake and easy walking distance into the centre of town. The kitchen in particular is very well equipped and perfect for self catering; the TV so provides for Netflix access which is a boon.
Great view of the seafront and beach. Directly over the road from the beach. Comfortable couch, chairs and bed. Well furnished kitchen for self catering. Large TV with Netflix. Separate keys were provided when we requested them.
self catering. But a few basics present. Very comfortable bed ! Lovely view handy to town. good range of utenesils. Great to have a coffee machine !
Lounge also very comfy I also did need the panel heater in addition to the air con as very cool in the evenings. lounge rug was very welcome. Lovely view of the lake. Very quiet building.
Alternative room was better standard however still had no cutlery or crockery for self catering. Was given alternate room as air conditioning was not working.
