Very clear email communication on how to enter the site and find our chalet. The layout of the site was inviting and the chalet itself was well presented, with everything you could need for a self catering stay. The welcome pack was well received and a great way to start our mini break with. We knew we'd be out of town and actually that was a real bonus for an even more relaxing time.
Our room was beautifully laid out and very comfortable. Laundry and cooking facilities were excellent for self catering travellers like us. We were well situated with most amenities and shops within walking distance and access to the Great Ocean Drive was outside our door. Also access to cruise and diving facilities on site.
