Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Generous supply of breakfast provisions - small but well equiped kitchen - plenty of crockery / cutlery etc for self catering. Very comfortable! In a great central location for the Clare district - on the wine trail!

- Very spacious family suite with 1 QB in the main bedroom and a smaller bedroom with 2 SB (the kids were stoked that both rooms had tvs)
- Suite had a small kitchen (stove) which would be useful for self-catering for longer stays
- Large shower with excellent hot water pressure
- Swimming pool (note that this is next to the motel manager’s residence and they have a dog, which is very sweet)
- Short walk to cafes and pubs
