Location, size of unit all were very good. Its a great spot for getting around Melbourne. The train is a short walk away. Good shops and restaurants are very close.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
This was an entire apartment that we stayed in and it was self catering. Exceptionally safe, there were secure entry into the building and secure car park as well. There should have been a guest parking area as well.
