The first word that comes to mind is WOW! This hotel is a gem, nestled in a peaceful area near Flachau. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel itself is modern, thoughtfully designed, and offers plenty of spacious rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable week or two of stay.
If you prefer to prepare your own breakfast, you can head down to the kitchen each morning to pick up fresh bread for a small fee. Laundry service is also available. The entire place is immaculate, spacious, and simply delightful. Plus, there’s free parking!

Rainerhof was newly renovated in 2016 and is centrally located in Flachau within 200 metres from the ski slopes and the Ski Amadé, the ski bus stop, cross-country ski trails and a supermarket.

Our stay was during the low season, there were only a few guest in the hotel, and it was very nice to get an uppgraded room for free. We had a beautiful mountains view, 2 terraces, the apartment was very spacious, cozy, stylish, with a very comfortable bed.
The spa area was amazing - there are 4 different saunas, we have visited finn sauna and another 60 degrees sauna, both had a very pleasant aroma, after sauna you can drink a tea on a comfy bed for full relaxation.
The pool was heated and had a great view, so despite bad weather, we were able to enjoy a refreshing swim.
Both spa and pool area are free to visit for all guests, and you can even ask them for spa to remain open late in the evening, if you'd like to use it at that time.
I would say it is an ideal place for a romantic weekend, I wish we could stay there for longer.

The facilities at the accommodation were extraordinary for adults but especially for kids (many things to do with your kids). The interior is very nicely designed and clean. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.
We stayed in an apartment with 2 rooms (we were 2 families) and it was perfect. We also had a playground on our floor and was perfect for the kids (5 years old), while we were cooking or just relaxing in the room.
I would come back also during summer, there are many things to do in the hotel and in the town.

Excellent location - somewhat secluded and far enough from the main street to remain quiet, yet just one minute walking distance from local store and ski bus stop.
The owner is very friendly and communicative. Speaks English and does not refrain from using the language, which is not necessarily true with other places in Austria I have stayed in before.
