It's perfect for skiers. The slope is right next to the apartments, and you can ski in and out with a few second walk from the ski storage(if there's enough snow). The lifts for planai and hochwurtzen are a 20 second ski down the slope. The apartment was very warm with a beautiful view both on the slope and the city. It has a well equiped kitchen and two bathrooms. The staff is great :)

Everything exceptional, very pleasant and helpful owners, boarding house situated at a quiet place with amazing view on the main ridge with Dachstein, very good place for starting our trips to the mountains, excellent breakfasts, very clean room........ Impossible to find anything, that could decrease the top evaluation.
Plenty of mountain restaurants, bars , supermarkets and Restaurants and takeaway shops in the town to eat out or in if self catering. The town is very nice and has rivers running through it.
everything was great! The atmosphere is very casual and family. The owners are amazing and kind people always ready to help. Breakfasts are very tasty with local, homemade goods. Rooms are very clean, cleaned everyday, sauna and wellness area are well established and again clean! It was so kind that we could use it earlier than official access hours as we got back from skiing early. Overall in my opinion it’s a great combination of luxury hotel service and casual atmosphere.
A stunning boutique-style apartment hotel, located just a few minutes from the gondola and the high street. Great facilities for small children and decent storage for the bikes.
everything was excellent, we absolutely enjoyed staying at the aparthotel. All staff was super nice, they made us feel very welcome, spot on clean, beautifully furnished with attention to every detail, very smooth check-in/out. The treats for our little one were just a lovely surprise on top of the whole experience. We’re definitely looking forward to visiting again.
