Serviced apartments in Sankt Veit im Pongau

I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The hotel is located right next to the Salzach river, about 800m from the train station, at the end of the small town of Schwarzach, right next to the central road. But we had no problem with the silence because it is well insulated and there was no road noise even though we were on the ground floor. There was no central heating in sight and there was not a single heating device anywhere in the apartment, but strangely, somehow it was warm enough inside, despite the low temperatures outside at night especially - great magic! Well, so far so good. So, the apartment consists of two bedrooms and another room with a kitchenette. I guess this should be a "living room". Yes, but no. Apart from the kitchenette, there was one bed only in the room. In fact, there were a total of three beds and a kitchenette in all this apartment. Instead of a wardrobe, there were only 6-7 hangers next to the front door. There was no a sitting area, except for the narrow high dining table with four high bar stools that actually resembled upturned chests. Nothing else! In the kitchenette there was an electric kettle, an obscure coffee machine, a stove, a refrigerator, a sink, a cupboard with a few dishes: two small plates, two or three larger plates, two small bowls, a few cups, one large and dull knife, two stirrers and two or three forks and spoons, two pots and one pan. Oh, and a dishwasher, Gosh! But there was not some basic things like a toaster, at least one salad bowl, a knife for peeling fruits and vegetables. And there was no hair dryer, no iron, not even one armchair or a small sofa. After all, this is a whole apartment, not just some budget room, right? The facilities, tennis, small cars for the kids and bikes the visitors can use. The staff was great and patiant and the breakfast was good as well. Overall great place for families in a prime location.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Access to the Thermalpen spa is not only free but there is an an underground passage connecting the two.

The room was very comfortable and clean. All the facilities we needed for the baby was provided. Very good breakfast! The owner and all the staff was very welcoming and informative.

Host is very kind, location is veeery beautiful, rooms were clean and nice (better than in pictures) beddings very soft

Well let’s start with breakfast which was amazing, we had our favorite spot by with balcony window eating breakfast with a view of the mountains just WOW! The swimming pool was fab we spent most of our day there popping back up to our room for some food then going back down. Myself and my partner came here in our honeymoon only getting married the day before we arrived and we just felt so welcomed, all staff were so friendly!
