High up in the little village was the hotel. Fortunately we received a room with a small patio so we could enjoy the view over the mountain and valley.
Very clean room, with all facilities needed.
Very friendly staff and helpful in all ways.

We liked everything! Apartment is new and well equipped. It has it's own parking space. We had apartment for 6 so we had 2 parking spaces. It is close to the center of Katschberg. Building has an elevator. Staff was very helpful. Near the apartment there was an accident on the road and firemen were on the spot with trucks. So we couldn't check in. And we missed our horse sleigh ride at the Katschberg adventweg. But the staff helped us with calling the organizers and asked if we can get the ride the next day.
Hotel Almschlössl & Schrotteralm is right next to the slope in the Obertauern ski area. The Kehrkopf cable car, practice elevators, a ski school, and a ski rental are next door.

Fantastic place, with a stunning mountain view. Friendly staff who are ready to serve. All needed facilities are already in the room. Breakfast was perfect (however, with the additional pay)
