The apartment exceeded my expectation. It is very well equipped with all what you may need even for a longer stay, including the hotpot which is fun not only using it, but heating up the water and the same applies to the sauna.
There are two ovens (functioning as micros as well) so you can prepare the food with perfect timing. There were two showers and toilets that made it more convenient for the family. You can store your bikes or ski equipment in the storage that is only for you to use and can be locked. You can ask for "brötchenservice" so the fresh bakery is delivered to your apartment by the time you get up. They offer Joker card so you can access multiple services for free during summertime, ie using the gondolas, the public bus or the minigolf course. You can experience and see that Joseph and his team truly takes care and looks after the details and that they aim for the perfect service so you can focus on relaxing, enjoy the location, view and activities.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Am Zwölferkogel Appartements. The owner and stuff were very nice and helpful, easily reachable and always with a smile. Location was very good (5 min. walk to the ski lift). The apartment was clean and roomy with large terrace and a beautiful view onto mountains. We've ordered breakfast (quite large and tasty) which was delivered on a trolley to our apartment punctually every morning.

Excellent location - yes a small walk uphill from the town but nothing major and it was worth it for the wonderful views! Property is wonderful - modern, clean and stylish! We have just returned from our holiday and in Saalbach. We spent 5 nights in this beautiful apartment hotel and since the very beginning it was a great stay. The hotel is run by a family and all of them are just super nice and super helpful. the apartment itself was very nice, well equipped, and comfortable. And the wellness, it was amazing :) If you are considering a trip to Saalbach, this place should be on your list.
Appartment is suitable for people with self catering habits and who do not love disturbing by other people. Although it is accomodation in a private house, we met the hosts in case we wished it. It is spacefull and well equipped for meal preparation. Very comfy beds, a lot of space where to put clothes. Equipped even with washing machine and dishwasher, oven, coffee maker.
Incredible service. Peter was an energetic host and he helped us settle in very well. He advised us on the key attractions and provided us with a very comprehensive check in. One of the best hotel services we have experienced!
