Everything about this is top notch. The staff goes out of their way to help you, the facilities are wonderful, the breakfast was good, the restaurant was great.

A very nice small apartment hotel in a small, quiet village. There is no air condition, which is typical for most places in Europe. It was ok in September but it probably can get pretty hot during summer. Although Alpenhof is located on the main street, traffic noise was low and not noticeable with windows closed. On-site parking was great and the apartment has a small kitchen and everything a couple or a family with a couple of children might need. Alpenhof is only 30 min from Fussen in Germany and Ludvig ll castles and there is plenty to see and do close by.
Hotel Post - Garni is located right in the center of Bichlbach. The Alpine-style rooms feature satellite TV and a small bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. Some rooms have a small kitchenette.
