The location is city center within walking distance to notable museums and easily reached by tram from train station to and from Linz. Public transportation and shopping is close as needed. The response time for any inquiries is speedy, helpful, and positive. The Rilke apartments vary in sizes and have been newly re-done with great care including a full-size bathroom with washer and drying rack in our small studio. It was a totally peaceful and relaxing New Year's visit!!

The room was very usable. All kitchen items needed were stored away. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The shower water was very hot and the spray was very firm. The size of the shower is great.
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Excellent hotel, pleasant staff, beautiful room, nice location and relatively close to the center.
Neat and cozy room, with TV, safe, mini bar (for a fee), possibility to make coffee/tea in the room, tablet with hotel services and city information. The hotel accepts dogs.
Incredibly spacious self catering units with exquisite finishes. Out in the country, a few minutes from a nearby suburb. One can relax and get all the cobwebs out of one's head and soul. The Hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. We would stay there again in a heart beat. ❤️
