Nothing!!! Everything is at least 20 years old, dirty and stinky and uncomfortable! We paid for an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom and kitchen, we received an apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and something that looks like a small kitchenette… the host said only “oh, i’m sorry” in reality she gave my apartment to another group who paid more. I hope booking.com will do something about it! All the bed sheets stink, all the pillow are old and stink, we had to buy towels to cover the pillows so we can sleep without feeling the smell of the pillows!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Am Zwölferkogel Appartements. The owner and stuff were very nice and helpful, easily reachable and always with a smile. Location was very good (5 min. walk to the ski lift). The apartment was clean and roomy with large terrace and a beautiful view onto mountains. We've ordered breakfast (quite large and tasty) which was delivered on a trolley to our apartment punctually every morning.

This is an amaxing hotel that is more on luxury end. We got an upgrade upon arrival and we could really enjoy our apartment to the fullest. We had plenty of space. This place allows you to relive your Austrian luxury ski trip fantasy and it is all you could think of. The hotel is very cozy, beautiful and extremely comfortable. Ive read aome negative reviews about this property regarding getting in via the key pad entry. We had no issues at all. The location is fine. 10 - 15 min walk to lift. 10 mins to town but not an issue at all. The property is self catering, some reviews complained about standard of towels not replaced etc but with places like this my group understood this and used them with this in mind. We showered each day and had no problems. 24hr petrol station opposite for any essentials you require.
