Breakfast was exceptional with a lot of different choices. The room and kitchen were very clean. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The included regional Joker card and location of the hotel are ideal for hiking trips. We arrived late in the evening but the instructions on how to access our room were well communicated.
There was an issue with our room where there was a smell in the drainage in one of the bath rooms. However, the staff was very helpful and eager to upgrade us to another room should the smell persist another day. The staff neutralized the smell with a product and after a day there was some rain which completely cleared the smell.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city. We were welcomed by the owner of the hotel, who explained all the necessary things and we also learned about the possibilities, which we had no idea about when we booked the hotel. Everything was taken care of and everything we could think of (even outside the hotel services) could be arranged at the hotel reception. And as a bonus, the breakfast was famous.
Location and view are amazing, we had a view of Kitzsteinhorn from the balcony. We traveled with two young kids, a lovely crib was provided in our room. The aparthotel is friendly, quiet, spacious and very relaxing! We would definitely stay here again! Kitchen is setup with everything you need. Staff are very accommodating to your requests.
This is a place we will always want to visit again. The ladies in Aparthotel Waidmannsheil were more than kind and very helpful. They never looked bothered by any question and always tried to help us. The breakfast was also fantastic, wide range of food and drinks. The building stands in the centre of Kaprun but evenings/nights were very calm. The room was perfectly clean.
We stayed in this apartment hotel for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect.
The location is wonderfull and close to everything, the staff was super helpful and nice, the apartment had everything we need and even more and also very well designed.
The hotel also provid us with the Kaprun Zell am See summer card and free entrance to the Tauren Spa so basicelly all outdoor activities we did were covered.
We had such a great time and definitely will recommend our friends to visit.

Best apartment Hotel in Kaprun. We have stayed here many times, and its allways spotless clean, really friendly staff and its in the middle of Kaprun centre, with the skibus just outside the door. Looking forward to next year already!

Easy walk to the main gondola, but also a bus stop approx 100m from the property.
The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday.
Property makes there own food including milk, honey, eggs and yoghurts and all top quality.
