Very friendly owners who don't mind going the extra mile for your comfort. The appartment was very neat and looked like it was only about 2 years old even though it was 7 years old. The beds were good, bathrooms more than big enough, nice big terrace and good chairs at the dining table. Trash gets cleared every day, sheets once a week and bath linnen whenever you want it to. You can also have bread delivered at the door in the morning but we didn't use this service. Silvretta card for the cable cars and highway are included in the price of the accomodation.
Right next to the Nassereinbahn Cable Car and a 9-hole golf course, the Alpenleben Hotel is just 30 metres from the ski slopes and a 5-minute walk from Sankt Anton’s centre.

We can not say enough good things about Hotel Garni Lavendal! The location is excellent. A bit out of busy/noisy town but with everything you need right near by, including 2 great Italian restaurants, a lift that gets you up to the main ski area, 2 ski rentals and a lovely wine bar/deli. The centre of town is only about 3-400m away so an easy walk if you want to go to the bars and other restaurants.
The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are very comfortable. The shower was amazing - we both agreed we didn't want to get out. The breakfast was brilliant. Has a full range of cold items plus hot breakfast to order. There is a delicious fresh cake baked every day. They even went so far as to get my daughter the gluten-free bread she needs. they offer a range of snacks and drinks that you can access self-service and use the honour system to pay. Meant I could enjoy an early coffee every morning.
Keeping the whole thing running beautifully is the owner, Caroline and her mother and family. They all made us feel so welcome - as if we had been coming there for years. They were extremely helpful with advice and solving any issues we had. It is because they're hospitality that we hope to return to Lavendel many more times! Thank you Caroline!

Alpine lodge is a great place to stay. Great communication, and facilities. We arrived late but were able to easily access the apartment.
The ski room was an added bonus as was the ability to buy ski passes at the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Stockingers, the staff was extremely lovely and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I have had staying in a guesthouse, and the sauna was an added bonus!

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
We liked having the facilities of a self catering apartment but also having the ski locker in the Alpina Hotel, which is closer to the lifts (although the apartment was not far away from the lifts, but carrying skis any distance is not preferable for us). The bedrooms were a good size with good storage.

Our host, Rosvita, was brilliant. She was incredibly helpful and loves a good chat. She has great local knowledge and nothing is too much trouble. You can order your daily bread rolls to be delivered to your room each morning. There is an option to have breakfast at the accommodation, but we didn't need that as we were self catering. The accommodation has a ski room with boot warmer which is great.
Harald the owner was fantastic. He was there for us when we arrived and was very easy to get hold of. He provided extra pillows when we asked for them. He printed things off for us and delivered the documents.
The apartment is very good value and is in a good location. The rooms are large and perfect if you are looking for a self catering holiday. Great pizza restaurant just across the road and lots of other restaurants within 2 minutes walk.
