Primera vez en Innsbruck y totalmente enamorada la ubicación del hotel es espectacular. El personal super amable la habitacion espectacular. Super recomendable.
Especialment l,atenció en la recepció. També l,esmorzar i tot el personal. Localització immillorable. Habitació i llit molt còmodes. El balcó és bonic i agradable. Els productes d,higiene molt encertats.
Hotel molt ben ubicat, modern, àmplies instal.lacions i habitacions. Vistes molt boniques. Vam tindre una hab estandard i una premium i la última, a més de vistes genials, tenia càpsules de café i màquina.
Si torno a Innsbruck no dubtaré en escollir aquest hotel. Zona tranquila, davant riu. 5-10 min reals caminant fins el centre històric. Personal molt amable, parlant varis idiomes, una inclús castellà. Terrassa molt bonica per l'estiu.
Excepcional l'amabilitat del personal de recepció (em vaig descuidar una camisa a l'armari i me la van enviar a casa per correu). L'esmorzar bo i variat. L'hotel és lluny del centre, però ens van oferir una targeta de bus gratuïta.
- Les instal·lacions: cuina completa i nova (microones, rentaplats, vaixella, vitroceràmica, nevera…).
- Silenciós (tant el barri com el propi hotel, no se sentia a la resta d’habitacions).
- La terrassa de cadascuna de les habitacions.
-Bones vistes (riu, muntanya i salt d’esquí).
- Neteja impecable
- Supermercat a 5 minuts caminant
