The room was quite big for one person. It included a TV, bed, and a nice balcony with good view. The place was convenient to walk to the center, and some good restaurants around. Possibility of having a breakfast till 10:30 am was also nice, just downstairs in the same building.
The place was quiet enough. I could hear the people in the balcony beneath me, but it was alright.

It was easy to reach via public transport from the main railway station. I stayed in the smallest room they have. It was really clean and well equipped. It is a tiny place, but excellent value for the money. I recommend it for those who travel alone and need a place to stay for a few nights.

We were accomodated in the so called Boarding house, it is at the backside of the hotel building, room size was very good, 2 rooms in one apartment, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace, so it was above our expectation. Breakfast was very nice, compare to the size of the hotel I think the selection is quite wide. Parking is very easy, there were always empty slots in the free parking area. Wellness area with gym, saunas was also very good.

It was furbished with everything one could possibly need for a short stay in Graz. The host was very quick to reply and helpful.
We liked the small touches that made the otherwise dorm-like room more home-like (pictures on the wall, nice curtains, TV with Netflix - although we didn't use it.)
The WiFi worked perfectly as well.
The location is great, we found a parking place in the streets nearby and the city center was less then 10 minutes away by car.
It's a nice aparthotel room,it is clean and spacious.The location is right on the border of graz so it is perfect for 1 day stop. The price of the hotel is affordable and is worth the stay.
Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of hot & cold food. Central location & able to walk easily to the sights. Our room included parking in a local car park. The room had self catering items including a fridge & 2 ring hob.
The hotel is within walking distance from the center. Settled quickly, we were met by a hotel employee. This is not an apartment in the usual sense, but an aparthotel. There are about 5-7 rooms. In principle, there is everything you need to spend the night one or two nights.
The apartment was really a unique experience being self-service apartment. It's unique layout, location in the Old Towne and minimalist approach were great. As a self-service apartment, we were pleased that our minor complaint of missing nespresso capsules was addressed almost immediately.
