We loved the apartment. We didn't meet the owners in person, but Anja and Julian were so very nice, we received all important information in messages. The apartment was clean and neat. Loved the rooftop terrace.
Parking was a bit difficult in the underground garage, but finally everything was ok. :)

The room was clean, there were sheets, towels, a coffee machine, an electric kettle provided, and a built-in ceramic cooker.
A TV was also to be found, which was a bit outdated, but we'd brought an external HDD with us, that had tons of movies loaded onto it, which we could connect to the TV via USB, so it was useful to spend some time indoors too.
The staff was also very nice, helpful, friendly, and flexible.
The apartment was a bit secluded from town, but it was alright, since we had a car. It was also nice to take walks in the vicinity.
Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would definitely recommend it to whoever chooses to visit the city of Graz.

We were accomodated in the so called Boarding house, it is at the backside of the hotel building, room size was very good, 2 rooms in one apartment, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace, so it was above our expectation. Breakfast was very nice, compare to the size of the hotel I think the selection is quite wide. Parking is very easy, there were always empty slots in the free parking area. Wellness area with gym, saunas was also very good.

It was furbished with everything one could possibly need for a short stay in Graz. The host was very quick to reply and helpful.
We liked the small touches that made the otherwise dorm-like room more home-like (pictures on the wall, nice curtains, TV with Netflix - although we didn't use it.)
The WiFi worked perfectly as well.
The location is great, we found a parking place in the streets nearby and the city center was less then 10 minutes away by car.

The hotel is within walking distance from the center. Settled quickly, we were met by a hotel employee. This is not an apartment in the usual sense, but an aparthotel. There are about 5-7 rooms. In principle, there is everything you need to spend the night one or two nights.
The apartment was really a unique experience being self-service apartment. It's unique layout, location in the Old Towne and minimalist approach were great. As a self-service apartment, we were pleased that our minor complaint of missing nespresso capsules was addressed almost immediately.
