it was only 400 m to the ski piste by foot, you can order bread ( only a little expensive, so we went to the SPAR supermarket, which opens at 7.30) the appartment was excellent, a large space, kitchen with al facilities, there were nice bath rooms, with enough towels, a sauna, a large balcony with an awesome view

We spent 2 nights here in June during our Austria road trip. We were checked in by a very sweet elderly lady in her 80's who only spoke German. Our room on the second floor was spacious and clean. It had a balcony and beautiful view of the mountains. The bathroom was modern and the shower was the best amongst all the places that we stayed. The linen, towels & toiletries were of a good quality. There were sufficient parking slots for cars,so parking was easy & free. We were given free passes (summer cards) for the cable cars in and around Brand/Brandnertal for the duration of our stay. As it was mid-June only a limited cable cars were open, but we could visit Lunersee using the Lunerseebahn and a couple of other rides in Brand.

Breakfast could have included a few more options - e.g. only boiled eggs were on offer. However, the hotel was great in responding to requests for food - one guy needed gluten free bread and they provided that the next day. The dinners were also reasonable, although I would have liked a bit more flexibility on timing.
