The Residenz Boutique suites is an essential location for any stay in Bad Gastein. We were amazed by the newly renovated rooms, which feature state-of-the-art furniture and bathroom facilities. The whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming, adding to the charm of the experience.
One standout aspect is the exceptional service provided by the general manager. They were always available with helpful advice and went above and beyond by offering concierge services, which was a pleasant surprise.

The apartment was efficient and had enough space to be comfortable. The staff was helpful to accommodate a change in our occupancy by giving us a partial refund for the member we booked for who did not end up coming with us. We would hope for a full refund of this amount, since the person was not staying in the apartment ever, but understand we booked under a no refunds policy, so the hotel did have the right to keep our original payment. We were thankful for the compromise.
The place is right across the street from the ski bus stop, and the main Bad Gastein lift is only one bus stop away.

It's a self-catering flat, I bought my food at the Spar for breakfast and prepare me a meal. Everything I needed was provided. Excellent WiFi connection. Impeccable clean. Excellent communication with the host when required. Private car park available nearby, actually in front of the house.
We had one buffet breakfast, with freshly boiled eggs, cheese/charcuteries, fresh buns and sweet spreads, and cereals. Fresh coffee from the espresso machine - a definite plus!
Most of the week we had self-catering breakfast, a lot less glamorous, but budget-friendly.
The hotel also has its own swimming pool, which is used with enthusiasm by children and young people, and calm rest areas. The whole building has recently been refurbished and updated, and provides a lovely, homely feel.
It’s an apartment hotel so it came with kitchen and appliances. 10-15 mins walk to ski lift although bus station is available just 3-4 mins walk down the hotel. Besides the owner is really friendly and kind.
