The bed and the linen were comfortable and the members of staff were extremely friendly. We were able to leave our luggage and there was also secure parking. The apartment was big, plenty of space and Netflix on the TV. Building was very secure.

The location was perfect! There is a nice local coffee and pastry shop next door and the hotel is right across the street from Plaza Chile and walking distance to the center of the city. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful!

Great help from the front desk on activities nearby and restaurant bookings. Very easy to walk to everything. Easy check in, good parking. Good security. Very large room (a self catering unit), pleasant bathroom and decor. This is a great choice for a quick visit to the area. Nice little pool.
