Natasha was very kindly waiting for us to check-in, however it was much later than first discussed. The apartment was very comfortable, being on the 4th floor, the elevator was a great pkus to comfort us. Natasha was very helpful regarding any question from the point of booking. We had great time there 🙂

Great apartment. Well-equipped and very clean and modern. Staff on reception were great. Loads of helpful advice and really helpful. As with most reviews, it on a hill with amazing views, we walked into town but decided to get a cab back. Reception staff recommended a taxi service to be trusted. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Great value for money

It has a great location, all the staff are very polite and will help you with any information. It is a great hotel, very clean and organized.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
The bar on the site had the most amazing view and sunset I think I have ever witnessed. It's vibe super relaxed and you can grab your own beers from the fridge, sit back and take in the view which I really liked. I also like the self catering aspect. The hosts were also really helpful and organized a taxi for us then that new the property well so that made getting around much easier, especially when visiting Ksamil.
This little family owned apartment hotel was really the perfect accomadation during our stay in Ksamil. Close to the Beach, just a short walk to restaurants with an amazing view. The owners are very guest friendly and helpful with everything You need. You felt like one in the family and They make You feel very welcome. It was clean and You had everything You needed. Highly recommended and We Will for sure choose this accomadation next time in Ksamil. 10 out of 10!
We liked everything.We stayed 2 night in the end of June,and we booked 5 rooms for 5 families.
We had a wonderful stay,warm welcoming,clean rooms,hot showers,air conditioning,spacious balcony and room.
Everything was brand new and this was a recently opened hotel even though its owners have been in this business with different hotel services for kore than 20 years.
So far this past few years, I think this is the ONLY HOTEL IN KSAMIL I WILL BE GOING BACK AND VISITING AGAIN.
