Great location, few minutes from the main town and about 5-10 minutes from the main beaches and beach clubs. Two supermarkets close by for supplies. Access is via stairs, about 70 from the town and about 30 from the beach end... then another one or two floors of stairs once in the building, depending if you are on the first or second floor. We stayed in the standard studio, which had a double bed (not a queen). The bed was a little hard for our liking. The linen and pillows were fresh and clean and the towels were fluffy. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Fresh towels and linen every couple of days.... we stayed a week. Good WiFi and great aircon in the room.
The host was amazing. Very friendly, picked us fresh tomatoes and warm smiles as we came and went, always checking if everything was ok.
The kitchenette was well stocked with pots and pans and cutlery and crockery.

The hosts are great and this is a home-like type of accommodation. The breakfast was delicious, everything was local, fresh and home cooked.
It's on the main road, parking in the garden, which is very convenient as this part of Albania has very narrow small, unpaved streets.
Rooms are new.
Note: it is located away from the center of the Himare, great if you are by car of a motorbike and plan to explore the Aquarium, Gume, Livadi or Jala beaches.
The perfect self catering apartment for a week in Himare! Sea Breeze rooms is only a couple of min walk from the public beach and about 10min walk from the beach clubs. Excellent position to supermarkets and wonderful restaurants and bars! Set in beautiful gardens, with sea views and a friendly family hosting you couldn’t ask for more. The apartment has all the basics you need with wonderful fresh towels, bed linens and aircon. Sea views from the private balcony and access to washing lines and a washing machine.
We had a fantastic stay at Magic Ionian Apartments & Rooms. The apartment hotel is located with direct access to the beach with crystal clear water. We had the Two room apartment on the ground floor which was perfect for us as a family. The apartment was simple but it had everything we needed for our stay. Everything you need is close by - a grocery store and a cafe is 50m away and plenty of restaurant are also nearby.
We would definitely like to come back.

This is a really good self-catering option in Himare and I really enjoyed my time here. Everything in the room seemed to be new. The room and the corridor area were very clean. The bed was gloriously comfortable and the room itself very spacious. Wifi was very good. There's a gorgeous view over Himare town and the bay from the property.
Margarita and her mother are lovely and deliver a very good service. I was welcomed with a bottle of water and fruit juice. Margarita was always on hand to give local advice and recommendations.
