The host is very helpful. The district has many shops, restaraunts and fast foods nearby, with prices aimed not at tourists but locals. The appartment was very new and had many facilities. 5 min walk to the beach. Awaz from main street (but do not expect noize-free)

We arrived late at night and there were parking lots on the street next to the hotel; during the day there may be problems with parking.
The room was clean, there is a large balcony and a kitchen, but all kitchen utensils must be asked from the hotel staff.
The sea view is very beautiful.

This was self catering but if you don’t want to cook and was a well fitted kitchen, then just go down to a beach cafe literally 50metres walk away. Same goes for other meals. Lots of small local corner shops and if you need gluten free the new spar on main road has these. Be prepared to pay for umbrellas and sun beds or sit on the balcony and people watch. Good air conditioning and cable tv in many languages. Apartment clean with towels linen and a washing machine. There are bus stops on main road by and opposite car wash.
Self catering. About five minutes walk to a good supermarket. Rruga Egnatia is one block away and parallel to the towns main street. In early April I found the sun shining on the balcony from about 07:30 - 12:30hrs. Through a gap between two blocks you can see ships coming in and out of the harbor.
Great place to stay. The room is modern and it has all the facilities required such as air conditioning, fridge, great wifi connection. The owner was welcoming and helpful. Furthermore the views were quite amazing. If I ever come back to this city I would definitely book at this aparthotel.
The area is ideal for people travelling by car. If you arrive by bus, expect to be walking quite a lot to fix everything from getting cash from ATMs to resturants etc.
The apartment hotel has a very nice and quiet location. The furniture and kitchen is of high quality materials. And its a place you can easily stay for a longer time.
