Wala pang 1 km ang layo mula sa O'Hare International Airport at naglalaan ng mga airport transfer. Everything, the moment we checked in the staff were lovely and accommodating especially coming from being stuck at the Kentucky airport for 16 hours. Arriving and being greeted kindly by staff turned our entire trip around Checked in to the rooms and the space was AMAZING the amentities and the comfy beds were beautiful. I will definitely be booking back there if I am ever in chicago again.

The beds were very comfortable. I slept very well. The pillows were excellent. I also liked that the shampoo and soap products were Dove. Our flight was delayed so we didn't check in until 1 am. I asked for a courtesy late check out and was given the maximum. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
