The driver is extremely nice. So I used the airport shuttle to go from the hotel to the blue line train station at Terminal 2 at the airport in order to travel to downtown Chicago. The room on the 9th floor had beautiful views just as I had requested. In the room there is a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and a kitchen sink. There is a TV set in the living room and another one in the bedroom. Near the hotel there is McDonald's and a 7-Eleven convenience shop. The front-desk staff at the hotel were fabulous!

Good clean hotel , comfortable room (had stayed in a big brand downtown previously, and unlike that, everything just worked here, as it should). Very comfortable. The girl at the front desk when I got there was so nice. I came in very late because the hotel I was in lost it’s power so everyone had to leave. I called Four Points up probably close to midnight and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was also very good.
