We had the best stay over the holidays with the staff at this hotel. The breakfast was great! Every single person we crossed paths with who worked there, from the breakfast staff, the guest services, the housekeeping and more, could not have been nicer, more attentive and fun especially when they had to work on Christmas! We also traveled with my service dog and they took time to understand his jobs and how I would like them to interact with him. They were great with all the dogs staying there! They even got treats. We will be back! Thanks again!

The room is very clean and quiet. The bed is very comfort and with fine sheets and pillow. The owner couple are very nice and warm people, willing to help when you need. What I like the most is the good taste of funiture and equipment. Every corner in the house is a scene. Patty, the lovely hostess, is passionate about delicious breakfast and guests experience. She has a goregous marble pastry board and happy to show me how great it is. When I got a day free due to plan changes, she was very kind to take me together with her family to local church to experience a wonderful exotic neighbourhood day. She also volunteers coaching to young people in a workshop in church. And the place of the legend house is so great - it is right over a covered bridge out of the 20+ covered bridges in Lancaster. I made a mistake when making my reservation, and I only realized it when I checked in, the receptionist who welcomed us were very empathetic and attentive, and quickly resolved the problem with my reservation, the facilities are great, the breakfast was very good , the staff were very attentive, it was a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back soon.
