They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable The location is ideal for me because I had my fiancé hospitalized in the hospital in front of the hotel. Whether you’re in town for business, leisure, or a bit of both,this the perfect place to stay. I can’t wait to return on my next visit to Umeå!

Hotell Gamla Fängelset is a converted prison from 1861 located in central Umeå and offers free WiFi and breakfast. All rooms have windows and shared bathroom facilities. We stayed at the Annexet appartment and it was a fantastic stay. Very spacious, clean, with fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast buffet had a very good variety. The staff was helpful and polite. City center is within walking distance and bus stops are at convenient distance, too.

Set in a former medical officer’s villa, this central Umeå hotel is 100 metres from the Ume River. Sauna, relaxation area and WiFi access are free, as is a light evening buffet. Overall the best package in Umea. Very friendly and helpful staff. Gym, Sauna, Breakfast/Dinner/Fika all included, big rooms, great location. I had travelled to Umea many times and therefore seen many different hotels. However, for my needs (young family) this one is definitely the best.

U&me hotel is located in the center of Umeå, just 50 meters from the Umeälv. The contemporary furnished rooms all have a fantastic view of the city or the river. The room was big, modern, clean, well equipped and the view was great.

This central Umeå hotel is just 50 metres from the Umeälven River. It provides free Wi-Fi, an on-site restaurant and bar, as well as modern rooms with a flat-screen satellite TV. Breakfast was very typical Swedish which I was hoping for, The buffet style gave a choice of something light, something warm and something in-between. The room service was fantastic too! The Locations was perfectly situated with a 2 minute walk to the Centre of town but still extremely quiet. Great way to fell part of the City without the interruptions and easy to get transport to and from.
