Private kitchen and bathroom. Free car parking. The owners live in the next house, so they are available all the time. They are really nice and always ready to help. The location is just amazing, and possible to watch from the glass room upstairs, while having breakfast or lunch. It is close to the water and possible to swim there, as there is a small beach. There are peace and silence, but only 22 minutes drive from Sundsvall town.
