They were received with the best service by kind and considerate personel who did the very best to make them feel welcome and comfortable. The room was very cozy and clean, they enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast was tasty. I've been in touch with the facility both in writing and on the phone and the communication has been great with quick and helpful replies, providing optimal solutions for the slightly special requests I've had.
