I stayed one night at the snow hotel and one night at a cabin. For the snow hotel they provide you with a tour where everything is explained. You receive warm woolen socks, a balaclava, a warm sleeping bag with a liner. I enjoyed my night in the snow. For me it was a once in a lifetime experience and I am glad I got to do it here. My stay at the cabin was perfect. It is a well tought out space. Ideal for watching the Northern Lights all snuggled up. There are some nice walks you can do up the mountain near the reception and also along the river. It was a great place to relax and enjoy my last two days in Norway. And the puppies and reindeer are the cutest!

The staff was so nice that she offered me early check in as I arrived at the airport early in the morning. I saw northern lights just in the hotel during my staying at the hotel. So lucky. :-)
