We were able to relax and make dinner. We had an early flight out from Alesund and it was perfect to stay only 6 minutes from the airport!

Situated on Vigra Island at the foot of Blindheim Fjell, this countryside hotel offers free WiFi access and a shared lounge with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Ålesund Airport Vigra is 3 km away. Everything! I felt very comfortable. Iris (the hostess) is a very nice and thoughtful lady and always made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable 😊. Also the area is really beautiful and peaceful, a bit isolated but there's a supermarket and a beautiful beach nearby and the airport is 6 min away by car. Just keep in mind that public transportation is not as frequent on weekends as on other days. I totally recommend this property for a long or short peaceful getaway 🦋

We had a lovely stay in this simple yet super cozy and peaceful caravan. It’s well equipped, clean, and perfectly suits the chill atmosphere of Vigra. It’s also great value for money. We loved the vintage vibe and waking up in bed to a beautiful view was wonderful. Svein was incredibly kind and nice, and so was his mother. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Situated by the sea on Valderøy Island, these apartments are 10 km from central Ålesund. All include free Wi-Fi access and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The view was beautiful, the unit was very comfortable and beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet place. Like that the unit is spacious and kitchen have everything you need. The house was kept very clean and neat. Owner even went the extra to give chocolates to each of us as welcome gift. 5-7mins drive from the house to airport, very convenient. Owner shared a lot with us, had great conversation with him. Highly recommended to stay here. Definitely will choose to stay here again if I'm back to Alesund.

Aalesund Airport Hotel is situated on Valderøy Island, 7 km from Vigra Airport and 7 minutes’ drive from Aalesund city centre. Guests enjoy free WiFi internet in a picturesque coastal setting. Nice large room, extra amenities and great breakfast. Also the hotel staff were really nice and the receptionist Liene was extremely helpful in helping me resolve some problems I had. Very thankful!
