Situated in Tissamaharama, 6 km from Tissa Wewa, Lake Villa Resort features an outdoor pool and views of the mountain. I stayed at Lake Villa Resort from 4th to 7th of July and it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They even arranged a Yala safari for a very affordable price. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. We particularly enjoyed our time by the pool, which offered stunning views of the lake. The nights were peaceful and quiet, and with minimal light pollution, we were able to see an impressive display of stars. Overall, Lake Villa Resort exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The town is verrry small,you basically have nowhere to visit besides the safari,I prefer to buy some snacks and enjoy my high tea time in this comfortable place. 😁I even saw a peacock fly over the yard. 2, Helpful hosts.They take care of me during my whole time there.Pick me up and drop me at the bus station when I come and go,they also book the bus ticket to Galle for me ,even ask for saving a seat for me,you would understand how helpful it is if you have experienced the traffic system in Sri Lanka. 3, Good price and reliable service for Safari.They have their own jeep and license for safari. 4, Stable Wi-Fi . 5, Tasty foods. They prepared my dinner and lunch there,tasty and eyeful .

I suggest it to everyone. You can go on a safari right from the hotel, and they charge a fair price. We stayed in their tree house, where you can see the river and hear its soothing sounds. Being there made me wish I could stay forever.
