And the staff are wonderful: always smiling and helpful. we really had a very happy couple of nights here. and just a short taxi ride from town with its lovely fortress. plenty of water provided in the room. And the water! I had not expected this! it is amazingly soft and fabulous on your skin!! the food was good, if a little pricey. westerners need to expect a Korean breakfast! when considering this hotel please remember it is 3* and by a lake: we didn’t have a mosquito problem but I saw a review complaining about them. the hotel provides mosquito repellent in the rooms and there’s a mosquito net for the balcony door.

Room is spacious with comfy firm bed and Aircon (Aircon and light controls are next to bed in wall unit which took a bit of detective work!) Huge room with dividing partition. Free WiFi. Fridge with free water. Super powerful shower Left bags there all day no issue whilst went for meetings. Didn't use sauna /spa but was available for free. Definitely stay here again when on local business. (European male. Mid 50's)

Lots of eateries and convenience stalls nearby too. Right next to the fortress. It's beautiful in the day, even more stunning at night! The host is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and so complete! The bed is so comfortable. Everything in the room is too. There are little touches that make the stay cosy too. And so spacious. I can easily open up my luggage without taking up floor space.
