I liked that it had a parking lot, it was near the airport, and still in the city so that I could see Awa Odori. I liked that it has breakfast and Onsen. I also liked how friendly the staff was and how accommodating they were during Awa Odori.

Parking outside was spacious for our SUV too. The bathroom had many amenities available for us.
