My room was big and spacious and felt unique with traditional tatami and wooden floors. The private onsen with sauna and dry room was wonderful! I regret not using it both nights. The staff was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed their self serve coffee/beverage station with tables overlooking their beautiful Japanese garden on the terrace. They also offer cute little treats to eat with your drink which I thought was so lovely.
