Upon arrival the hotel arranged pick up from the airport - if you’re coming by ferry, it is probably not necessary as they’re directly next door (very convenient). I also appreciated the information on climbing Mt Rishiri from the very helpful lady at front desk (who also spoke fluent English). She gave us helpful tips and even arranged a bento breakfast for us to take to the mountain. The hotel arranged the transport both to and from the trailhead as well.

I enjoyed how cozy this place was, that I extended my stay. Any bikepackers, they have a nice spot out front for your bike, no worries.
