Self serve coffee was available until 10pm with was a lifesaver for me. I asked for extra towels. The staff was accommodating for my request.

This is a very nice, well-run hotel in just the right location for a visit to Misawa City. All elements of the facility worked as expected. The coin operated laundry was perfect. I am so grateful.
