Just a 5-minute drive from Lamezia Terme Airport, Masseria I Risi is nestled in greenery. It offers free parking and a jogging path in the woods. We chose this location because of its proximity to the airport. The place was lovely. It was a mini vacation inside our busy vacation. The pool was open till 7 and there is an on-site restaurant for dinner. This was very relaxing before taking our friend to the airport at 5 in the morning. If you have a car, I'd recommend this as a peaceful stop. If you are traveling with children, it's ideal. A pool and animals! Staff speak Italian and we figured it out with our limited Italian. They were all very nice. I don't think they get many non-italian guests. I could have stayed another day!

Offering a garden and garden view, La dimora di Annarè is situated in SantʼEufemia Lamezia, 29 km from Piedigrotta Church and 31 km from Murat Castle. The room and the shared space are all spotless and beautifully presented. Lots of amenities, lots of space, and the decoration was elegant. Checking in was in person and easy. Leaving for the airport at 4:45am was also so kindly accommodated. The host was sweet and did everything she could to help make the stay wonderful.

28 km from Piedigrotta Church, La casetta di Nena is a recently renovated property set in SantʼEufemia Lamezia and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. 10/10! If you need a place to stay while in Lamezia, I fully recommend La Casetta di Nena. Antonella met me at the property upon my arrival and kindly ensured I was well settled and had everything I needed including fresh towels, cold water bottles, coffee pods, snacks, and working Wi-Fi. The room itself is very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are cozy, the AC cool, and the private bathroom clean and modern. You have access to the living room and kitchen which is a big bonus. Lastly, you can walk here from the train terminal in just six minutes plus there is a bus shuttle from the terminal as well that will take you to the airport.

La Casetta is a great place to stay: spacious, with comfortable furnishings and a bright terrace. The bathroom was sparkling clean; all the necessary toiletries were provided. There was the possibility to use the washing machine, which is useful when you travel with children. We loved the kitchen, which was bright and well-equipped. There are two bedrooms, with lots of space to store things. The owner Romina is a warm, friendly person, easy to communicate with. Upon departure, my husband left some items behind, so she notified us quickly and arranged for our friend to collect them. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we hope to come back one day.
