We didn't meet the host, but the communication was OK (Booking messages and Whats App). Large enough rooms, nice and very clean, comfortable beds. There is the elevator in the building.

This property offers a Special Protection Program, a strict program of precise safeguards dedicated to our guests and our staff. The room was with a king size bed which was small but typical of European size rooms. The room, bathroom and terrace were very clean. Their restaurant was excellent and their waiter Marco was awesome. Best food for dinner we had in Parma and so we had dinner there for 3 nights. We never had breakfast there bc we were always on the run, but did see that they had a very nice spread for breakfast.
