The staff was so incredibly helpful! Our flight kept being delayed and they arranged transport for us at 1am and were there to greet us when we arrived. There was then a problem getting transport back to the airport and they took us themselves. Incredible service!!

Amazing communication with the owner who was informing us throughout the day about when we could check-in. And we were also able to check-in quite early. The apartment is spacious and makes you feel like home. We loved both balcony, the big one and the one with cats, which were a nice bonus. I liked that the apartment was on the 3rd (highest) floor.

Massimo was very flexible and exceptionally friendly. I had to make some last-minute adjustments to the check-in time, and Massimo handled it no problem. He responds fast to questions and has a lovely well-behaved dog. The apartment looks very clean and smells good. The overall vibe felt very nice. We were also allowed to use the refrigerator to store our water.
