Non posso recensire l'hotel visto che la sera stessa in cui siamo arrivati ci hanno detto di non avere camere disponibili e ci hanno dirottato su un altro hotel di categoria inferiore e allo stesso prezzo. avevo chiesto addebito su altra carta di credito dal sito ma è stata addebitata la mia carta con difficoltà poi durante il viaggio visto che era carta usata per il noleggio auto e con poco plafond disponibile. alla reception ci accolto una signora per niente cortese e, cosa ancora peggiore, non ha voluto neanche ascoltarci quando le abbiamo chiesto come mai risultavano ancora camere disponibili sul sito. Dopo 18 ore di viaggio non ce lo aspettavamo. soprattutto perchè non siamo stati avvisati e sino al giorno prima abbiamo ricevuto email dall'hotel.
Abbiamo dovuto soggiornare in zona causa volo di rientro in Italia la mattina molto presto. La zona non è di particolare interesse naturalistico e/o culturale, ma è molto vicina all'aeroporto di Keflavik e ad alcuni noleggi auto (meno di 5 minuti per entrambi).
Da Keflavík si raggiungono facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni della penisola del Reykjanesbraer (la Laguna Blue è a soli 15/20 minuti di distanza).
Comodo per una notte prima o dopo il volo, perfetto per abbinare anche una tappa alla Blu Lagoon. Pizzerie e fast food aperti fino a tarda serata.
e' un piccolo paese semidesertico in cui ci sono alberghi usati di passaggio tra i voli e la visita dell'Islanda. Ha un bel porticciolo ed una passeggiata lungo mare con informazioni sulla vita del passato del posto
Keflavik è un paesino sulla costa della penisola di Reykjanes, qui si trova l'aeroporto internazionale di Kefalvik. Sul grazioso porto si trova il ristorante Duus dove si mangia molto bene e gode di una rilassante vista sul porto.
