Conveniently located near Kualanamu International Airport (KNO), Thong's Inn is the perfect transit hotel for both business travelers and tourists. The ambiance is excellent. The breakfast could offer more variety, but I really loved the coffee. It might be a good idea to add a small fridge to the room if possible. When I checked in, I found lizard droppings on my bed, so it might be worth addressing the presence of these small creatures. One thing I would like to highlight is that the room has a Qibla for prayer, which I think is great, because most hotels I've been to in Medan don't have this. Your staff is very friendly and helpful – thumbs up!

This Hotel is the best hotel I ever sleep. The bed is so big and lays if you sleep on cloud. they have also smoking rooms, what is very nice! I aks form some extra’s in the room and that was so kind!
