The breakfast could offer more variety, but I really loved the coffee. It might be a good idea to add a small fridge to the room if possible. When I checked in, I found lizard droppings on my bed, so it might be worth addressing the presence of these small creatures. One thing I would like to highlight is that the room has a Qibla for prayer, which I think is great, because most hotels I've been to in Medan don't have this. Your staff is very friendly and helpful – thumbs up!

The hotel is near the airport. The staff are very friendly. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower hot. You do not hear any planes. We arrived late, and we used room service to get food, which was a great decision. Not expensive at all and the food was fresh and great. Breakfast was sumptuous with lots of local hot dishes. The pancake and egg station was amazing. I like it. The airport shuttle is also great. It's free and runs every 2 hours starting from 4 am.
