Novotel Citygate features spacious accommodation a short walk from Tung Chung MTR and Ngong Ping 360. The 4-star hotel offers free shuttle services to Hong Kong International Airport. Fast booking; check-in was a breeze. Though our 2nd room was not available during check-in time but they gave us an extension to check-out the following day. The front desk and customer service personnel were very accommodating (Mr. Jacky and Mr. Tom for front desk; apologies we were not able to ask the name of the personnel from customer service). The breakfast buffet was satisfying. The restaurant crew were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The personnel who facilitated the shuttle to the airport were also friendly and helpful. Kudos and thank you!

Real green Oasis in a big city. Building has an astonishing roof terrace with a wonderful view on the hills, cableway and a city. The best advantage of the Guesthause is but Mr. Terry. A lovely owner was so much helpful in solving usual issues in a new country like transportation, paying, feeding, visiting. All in patient friendly level you would not expect even if in a luxury hotels front desk. Thank you Terry. And I beck my pardon again for room key I forgot in my pocket and you should have run to catch us before taxi arrived. We are very sorry for that. Why you do not accept tips at all? You deserve it! See you next time again, we will recommend you for sure.
