The modern Holiday Inn Rochester-Chatham hotel has fully air-conditioned bedrooms, a leisure club (with indoor swimming pool) and 24-hour room service. Children stay and eat for free! Mike really helped us check in when we had an urgent issue and had to leave our other property. Room had some treats and was spacious and clean. Also got free ketchup and plates from kitchen staff.
