Very clean (extremely clean in fact), and comfortable with practically everything you could need. Plenty of towels and kitchen was very well equiped. Great welcome pack on arrival which was greatly appreciated. Patio set in garden offered a nice alternative to sit outside when weather permitted. Close to a large supermarkets and park and ride for bus into Plymouth. Sharon communicated promptly by email and text before and throughout our two week stay.

I really did love the ease and flexibility to go in and out of this property. It is in a great safe and friendly location. A bit of a hitch with parking at times but managed. The host was friendly and gave very fundamental guidance to collect keys and enter the room.

Very nice huge beds and spacious room. Restaurant food is good. Even has a guest laundry, very unusual for U.K. hotels. Free parking- this is so important if you drive. Not far from the Dartmoor.

I went to visit my mum who lives down the road from the property. I found the owners to be very helpful & responded to our questions very promptly! They were very informative. The property was lovely & spacious lovely & clean modern home the plus for me was having a driveway for the car. Nice quiet area near city centre & other amenities. I ordered a local takeout located in crownhill village just up the road. Free Wi-Fi was another plus for us & fully equipped for us! WE WILL Definitely BE BOOKING AGAIN SOON 😁

Just off the A38, with easy access to Plymouth's city centre, Dartmoor and the beaches of Devon and Cornwall, the hotel offers great value, with free parking and a restaurant and bar. The over all experience from check in to check out was flawless, with the added bonus of the deer walking by while having breakfast

Victorian cottage overlooking the Plym Valley, a property with a garden, is set in Bickleigh, 13 km from Cathedral Church of St Mary and St Boniface, 13 km from Plymouth Pavilions, as well as 14 km... The house and gardens are absolutely beautiful, perfect for three couples and a dog but would be ideal for families too, the photos don't do it justice! It's really spacious and so nicely put together. The owners were really lovely and great communication beforehand. We had a brilliant stay and would absolutely come back. Thank you!
